So March 17 is the day of Sadie Hawkins for my school, which is basically a dance where the girl asks the boy instead of the usual way around.

But then March 23, the Friday right after that, is the day The Hunger Games comes out. I’m such a nerd, but I told my friend this:

“THE DANCE IS JUST ONE DAY. THE HUNGER GAMES IS FOREVER.”

So yeah. I chose to go to the midnight showing of The Hunger Games over going to a school dance even though it’s my senior year.
